Allen’s business background has been built on a foundation of education, sales, management, marketing and teaching business for 24 years at the high school level. Allen has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management and Business Marketing. He has worked in sales management with one of the largest food processors in the United States. In 2004, Allen retired from teaching with his sites set on joining Jan as a counselor of marketing and business structure.
